You mean night trouble sleeping or what? If so, do need an afternoon nap even just for 10 mins. when I napped I let the soft music played on with a suitable volume. I sleep in a deck chair instead of in bed. It can work well for me.

Yes, as a professionist, it's rarely have a chance to nap. But as a retired person,nap is a welfare for them. I used to nap every day except when the days Dad stayed in hospital. If time past 13;00, I gave up nap in case it would affected night sleeping.

Now as my mainly task in life is taking care of my old,diseased dad, I have no any energy to take care of a cat at home as well, if I did, it would put me 15 yrs or more duty on that cat. I am not sure I can do it, would be though it later maybe...

They are lazy to catch mouse, and happy with their free life like that and keep distance from us. A family cat is different, it's according the situation, all in all a big place for them to active. One of my neighbours cat who was treated well at their home,but he liked to go out at night,even out for fighting ,he could open the door himself,didn't know how he can came and went from their 2th floor,at last never came back again,maybe he found a new home outside. We do hope so.

My big problem in English is spelling! When I type out the word IF I felt certain charactor was wrong,and then had to go to online dictionary to check, made sure than posted, that's the reason I am a slow typer. But I still like type by myself not just use the auto correct. I am getting old , slow is fit me.
