Yes, as a professionist, it's rarely have a chance to nap. But as a retired person,nap is a welfare for them. I used to nap every day except when the days Dad stayed in hospital. If time past 13;00, I gave up nap in case it would affected night sleeping.
You mean night trouble sleeping or what? If so, do need an afternoon nap even just for 10 mins. when I napped I let the soft music played on with a suitable volume. I sleep in a deck chair instead of in bed. It can work well for me.

So you have no luck of good sleep? In other words, maybe your sleep time is less than others in nature. Don;t worry, if you can't full in sleep, just keep staying awake. As we said;" take everything as it comes" till your sleepy comes along...

Yes, here we are also. Especially in a hot summer afternoon,a siesta is good for our body,and how long your siesta lasted? Mine only lasted at about half an hour.
