Sleep is very, very good. And while it's essential to get a solid seven to nine hours per night, when you occasionally miss the mark, a nap can help a great deal.

I have difficulty to have time to get nap.. I sleep max 6 hours at night time.. And day time I rarely get nap.. Once I have a chance to get nap, that is so precious

Yes, as a professionist, it's rarely have a chance to nap. But as a retired person,nap is a welfare for them. I used to nap every day except when the days Dad stayed in hospital. If time past 13;00, I gave up nap in case it would affected night sleeping.hug

You mean night trouble sleeping or what? If so, do need an afternoon nap even just for 10 mins. when I napped I let the soft music played on with a suitable volume. I sleep in a deck chair instead of in bed. It can work well for me. handshake

laugh So you have no luck of good sleep? In other words, maybe your sleep time is less than others in nature. Don;t worry, if you can't full in sleep, just keep staying awake. As we said;" take everything as it comes" till your sleepy comes along...grin

I live in Spain so we take siestas in summer, too hot in the afternoons and then we are up late at night.
I am also in Spain right now and severely sleep deprived haha maybe I should try a siesta

perfect nap time is from 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm..but sadly i do not have time for this but on my day off i am doing same..
