Flies should Not

be eaten with Shoo Fly Pie -
The flies are better served separately.

Back in the day ...

I'd done some trading with local Amish folks & had acquired a Shoo Fly Pie.
I reckoned it was Waayyy Too Much for one & it became part of one of our Stone Soups.

Shoo Fly Pie ...

I'd dealt with Midwestern Amish -
As I recall, their pie was Quite a bit different & included Apple Cider Vinegar.

While sitting 'round the patio, I noticed flies did Not go near that pie, which I attributed to the vinegar - Hence the "Shoo Fly" name ...

Kal ... You & your friend made Stone Soup - One of my Most All-Time Favorite Foods!

Back in the day - I lived in a tiny Midwestern village & had an apple micro-orchard.
Folks across the alley had a large patio & the wife cooked Well - 'Most everyone grew some kind of veggies that came into season at various times.

Folks would be hanging 'round & would get hungry.
They'd get whatever they had on hand & I'd pronounce it to be a fantastic Stone Soup.

The main Gripe appears to be that Ol' Joe removed The Don's sanctions on Russia for building a pipeline to sell oil to Europe.

If Russia wants to sell Their oil & Europe wants to Buy it - What's the Problem??
It'd be like Russia sanctioning Canada because it wants a pipeline to market Their oil to the U.S. ... Unless I'm Missing something ...
