Presumably, the Framers set it up this way so even if one party controls Both Legislative bodies And the Presidency (as 'Crats will 'til the '22 Mid-Terms) they'd Not be able to establish national voter eligibility law to perpetuate their power.

The time in the Buddhist Monastery presumably occurred during the 18 years when Jesus was 12 yo & when he began his Judean Ministry @ age 30.

The Gospels make NO mention of Jesus, His whereabouts, or His activities during those 18 years of His life.

Back in the day - USCG aircrew who spotted a boat of Cuban refugees had orders to NOT deviate from their flight path.

If Cuban radar observed the plane circling, it was a death warrant for refugees in the boat below - MiGs would soon appear & strafe boat & refugees to the bottom.

If the water could be removed from the Straits Of Florida, I imagine one could walk from Cuba to Key West on the bones of refugees. ...
