Mommy moonglow...hope is everything is well with you. My mom is at your age.
I witnessed a wedding of an 80 year old bride single.
And I was so amazed. The groom has 4 kids and all grown up. But their story, they were fiancee at teenage, just that , the man got married to another woman that already gone .
What am trying to say, nobody has the right to prevent anyone for happiness.
I assume you are alone with no kids. If you have, you supposed to be with them, and they supposed to be taking care of you.
To be with kids, that you did not brought up from infant, that's quite not easy, as kids from age 5 you could not hold their minds, no more. At age 7 to 18...is a rebellious stage for kids. They do what they wanted to do. The problem that is possibly to occur, is ageism, which is illegal. You will be putting those kids in danger and you as well.
Please don't let anyone play your emotions. You should be enjoying your life while you can travel. Help yourself to enjoy the world ..
So mommy, let them come to your place, enjoy their company, in that way you would know each other much better. Every minute changes occur . But we hope for the best of course.

Which is why, everytime he went I had to take him to a doctor and had him undergone laboratory tests.

You are right Marlin, hiding from possible truth..that it might hurt me so bad. Having a relationship, marriage, couples, has undergo a lot of struggle in order to have that successful relationship
I read half of it, not the whole content . I skimmed it, and understand very well, the thought. I just did not really need to argue.
But, giving all the chances. When I give the love he wanted he would stay. So he did stay anyway .

But I believed, he had an idea, why I cried. And he tried to cope things anyway. so many times I wanted to open up, but, i just did not. Am not a coward I believed. He is with me..so, he is mine..

You made me think of how my marriage last.
Thought of, ....Distance could help..
I got married to the only man I had in my life . ...a sailor who went sailing for 9 months and with me for 3 months. Our marriage went that way for 15 years. Of course when he went home from work, it was a real...missed each other...to sum up the time we were together maybe it was like Less than 4 years. But those were always sweet moments, we never waste any moments for dramas and the like.
It was because of DISTANCE..Meaning, we need to be far from each other for quite sometimes...always together makes boring...lol

Nice Blog, reminds the reader to check items inside the kitchen cupboards.
It important to put a red stickers on something that is near to expire.. Red for a month expiration, yellow for the those whou would expire in two months, and blue for 3 months nearly to expire, or what colour you would wish to use, but red is a must be for the first one to expire. And remind the whole member of the family. Even at home we could practice that FIFO..or first in first out, but then sometimes, just like me, I used to buy items on sale, which the expiration of those items on sale are not that long. So putting colored stickers would help keep us reminded.
Another thing, if there is that foul smell in a certain area, sodium bicarbonate could be of help even charcoal, these can absorb bad smells, though that smell of an expired canned crab meat, is not easy, as even a fresh crab meat have strong smell.

Travel while you are able and have the chance.
I was got widowed at the age of 40.
Started to explore outside the country the following year. From then, I started to travel for holidays to different countries, and I experienced how amazing it was. Meeting people of different ethnicity, culture and traditions. I went to rich countries, and countries who suffered poverty too. I would not stop to travel as long as I am able and have the chance . Savings is not on my list..lol

These are those who just want a past time, they really have nothing to do in their life.
Sometimes we need to be straight forward.
Asking for something to prove they are real, is a difficult thing for them. Would even say, nobody asked me that eversince..lol followed by you don't trust me. well, people are different, if one don't need, I need it..lol
I think to invest emotion should not be, unless even without seeing, but at least it's him.
Anyways , ask for an identification and he will disappear without goodbyes ...

Thanks for the comment.. well said , and well taken too. Nobody could so sure on the other end of the conversation since it's virtual. But, the process of knowing could not take place if we will not pour out the content of the heart..lol. Though no such as intimacy..I have to emphasized, if one aims a happy life as always said for a life time partner, then, all of us wants a decent individual, that intimacy is perfectly private. And internet thing is not. Well maybe I am very much influenced by where I am at.
Anyways we could not determine who's real unless we meet or see each other , or even seeing would not be enough.
But to find out, I am not alone, so guys, just sharing the experience...

Huh...robbyreal, I was on writing my comment while at work so it took me quite sometime, and just read your new comment..
Concerned about my fellow Filipino, I guess they are not that desperate to find a husband. They are aware of age descrimation, which is why I changed mine to 99 too..lol
So don't be sad..
Most of the Filipino have that "beauty with a heart" just what Miss World Pia said.
We really have that big and soft heart, especially in my place..so soft spoken..but take note..the " not all or in general",always applies.
But at the same time, not to degrade our being Filipina, just like age preference, have that education preference too, so to have that perfect and lasting relationship as couples. BUT, to have somebody to do things in the house, the what you said , no matter what, those are the desperate ones. They are out of the road too. But face the consequence.
Then again it's all about choices and preferences...

It's quite frustrating being blocked due to age preference, not have a single chance to prove..beating the 30's::
Well, nothing to do, to combat age discrimination especially on sites like here.
We all knew, it is rampant and illegal, but it is definitely out there.
Just that I have that guilt feelings..so I changed to age 99. So more choices.

It's a great thing to have gardening lessons, not only for beginners as sometimes even we used to have a garden or a farm for a long time, we could gain new ideas. Just like any profession that needs continuous learning..gardening as well, we need to learn everyday.
When I was small my father used to tell me, just put a seed on the soil and they will surely grow. Well my father believed I have that green thumb. But as for me, i believed it's not about green thumb , it's about how we take care. Should be at a proper time and the proper preapation of the soil. Proper learning is really needed.

But could you see..mollybaby..ageism as an enduring problems on sites like where we are especially towards women, young ones are more sought by men, no matter how old the guys is...that is why many post old photos and lie about their age..frustrations arise who meet them.
