Why not, each of them a well organized country, English spoken widely, easy to get around in. More important the kids can get to see what you liked about them when you were there.

Beautifull. I gave out once to my daughter once for jumping in puddles, but then realised what a wonderfull thing she was doing and told her to jump in every one she could find, jumped in to a few as well with her, then carried her home and changed her shoes....children have much to teach us. Peter
To cry is be nothing more than to be human. As children we knew how to cry when we were hurt or in pain. Maybe there are some things we shouldn't forget.
People have different needs when it comes to holidays - maybe best check in advance why they want to go on holidays and what they want to do when they are there !!!.
What do you need to do ? Not much really. The curious and unpredictable tides may wash one up on the shore just for you. Of course you would have to be out there beachcombing at the time. No more.
I once replied to a simple question asking me to explain two words in my profile, here on CS, severla months ago. What happened after that ? - well just say it was so worth answering her simple question.
Whether is seven years or seven hours, once a strong heart connection is made it does not just conveniently go away. I can only offer that its only when we have propoer closure with an ex that we are really open and ready to be in a new relationship. That closure has to include a real honesty about why the relationship didnt work. Our part we need to own and their part we just need to understand.
If you can past that block, then new doors will surely open open for you.
