At first sight it may weigh heavily that he knew what it can do.
But this gets relative because they all knew and know what they did and do without consequences, or maybe some money paying if at all. E.g. using Agent Orange in Vietnam. Contergan in Germany. So many examples in all branches of society.
There r many scenarios. Just think ur physicians/doctors make a mistake so u r sick for the rest of ur life and u loose the trial in court for whatever reasons. Also for reasons of corrupt judges. U cannot pay the debt on the real estate which u bought. It is sold by force (bailiff) for a low price.
The opinions r 4 : 3 for doing something against them. But 3 is a high figure pleading for some sort of coexistence. There r cats, badgers, foxes but the rats r still there.
It is more by chance a slip like a landslide in a positive way which is not my merit. Indeed I'm as bad as I have shown here sometimes. And indeed it is hard to bake cakes in the woods with and from nothing.

Parole, parole, parole.....The idea behind was how many languages there r and how helpless u can be if u do not understand nothing.
