I just knew someone would mention this, have said it before I just dont get why ppl like it. To me is one of the worst songs I have ever had the misforrtune to hear and almost throw the radio out the window when it comes on.
I wouldnt write someone off because they sound to good to be true but I think it is realistic to be cautious. Just take your time and chat to him, you are a smart lady and will know soon enough if he is scamming you.
I agree with you K. I read the least and each one brings back images of my children singing in carol services and being so happy with themselves. cant pick one
I have been following this thread and cant see that Ships post was an attack, he simply responded with a suggestion following something you had posted.
And on a personal note I have to say I agree with him, a guy posing with no shirt on is a no no for me.
Yes Mothers who dont prepare their sons for the real world by teaching them how to do the practical everyday things that have to be done. Of course previous generations did stick to the so called 'traditional' roles of breadwinner and homemaker but in this day and age it is simply not possible for all Mothers to stay home.
I have 2 daughters and 1 son and all of them know how to cook and do housework. No woman will ever have to be Mammy to my son.
I dont need my religion to be moral, tactful and tolerant. I also dont need to push my religion down ppls throats. It has become apparent over the last few days that those who dont believe in religion seem to feel the need to push what they do believe onto others. I respect everyones right to not believe or follow a religion but very little respect has been shown to those of us that do.
Is not an easy question to answer, I had never been particularly maternal, when I married we agreed that neither of us wanted children.
Five years into marriage I just started thinking about having a child and it became all consuming. I discussed this with my husband and we decided that we did want to start a family.
I used to be an active forum poster but some of the reasons above are why I stopped posting for a few months, that and the taking of an arguement from one thread to another.
What really disapointed me was to discover that people who were deliberately adding fuel to the fire on one particular arguement were going into the EU forums and laughing about it, discussing the posters on here like children in a schoolyard.
Sadly I have come back to find nothing has changed.
