I liked the book, it's a mystery novel.

Amazon sells it and their review says:

"With The Da Vinci Code, Dan Brown masterfully concocts an intelligent and lucid thriller that marries the gusto of an international murder mystery with a collection of fascinating esoteria culled from 2,000 years of Western history."

All the controversy about Brown's sources and the comments from the Catholic Church is great publicity for the movie.

I had a prenuptual agreement with my husband.

I kept my assets, he kept his, separate savings and checking accounts, split equity of any residence we purchased together (both paid half).

Never had any issues when we divorced because the terms had already been expressed.

If the understanding is there in the first place, the agreement is just a piece of paper.
