I think I understand now. I thought you were just not attracted to them physically but certainly how one treats you emotionally will make you unattracted to them. Finding a soulmate these days are hard whether you are a mom or single. I think if anyone here really had the answer, they surely wouldn't be here. Can't give advice but certainly don't lower your expectations or you will never be happy. Us gals from the Peg deserve better. I wish you well and will cross my fingers that you will the right one.

Wow that is brutal. I am sorry to hear this. Me, I hate snow and being snowed in. Also hate power outages as here it can drop to -40. This is one of the reasons I am moving to British columbia. The rain doesn't have to be shoveled. I am crossing my fingers that you don't endure any more hassles because of the snow.
Yes, I agree. Why people would lie about their weight is puzzling. I have always been in being honest about how I look and my age. What's the point of lying? Not a good way to start a relationship.
Yes I know guys that were attracted to me but I didn't feel the same way. I also have been attraced to guys but they seem not to be interested. That is just life. Attraction has to be mutual; but if not we can't take it personally.
No, I didn't dislike your answer, it was just not an intelligent response. I did not ask you for your opinion on my weight or if I was overweight, it was a general question of what people consider overweight. If you read my post, I said I didn't think I was fat. It was a simple question but instead of answering like a mature adult, you made an insensitive joke. How do you think a comment like that affects those that really are overweight? Well are you talking the money issue that he can't afford to see you or are you talking safety issues. I would think first you both should have enough money to see each other so I would wonder if this guy is a gold digger. Second for safety reasons, most ladies wouldn't travel alone, but me I would but I am trained to defend myself.
