It should not be about losing or gaining weight!

The solution to the "few extra pounds" choice in the body type profile selection is to change the choice to stating how much you weigh.

And be truthful....

Be as you are and someone will think you are WONDERFUL!!!

If you are alone, you can't get rejected or hurt.

Perhaps that is part of the prematurity factor. I know from parental experience that premature babies can have traumatic, medical problems that make them sensory defensive.

I think that the reason that I enjoy solitude is that I grew up as an only child. Being alone and finding ways to amuse myself became normal to me.

I love to entertain...parties..houseguests....

But I'm best when I get some apart time.
