You are so right, Steve. Flirting is fun, but it should be genuine, meaning you are not being phoney, you like the person and would never want to lead them on or play with their feelings.
I guess I have been quilty of this too. Sometimes I get busy and don't touch my computer for days. Other times, the conversation just seems to run out, and I can't think of any reply that is worth sending.
I think from now on, I'll comment right away about distance and the lack of likelyhood that we would ever hook up. I think local or within 100 miles has a better chance of a real date.

Well, it just takes lots of experience to know that guys do need women, and will show up if they are so inclined.Of course, they need to show us ladies a good time for us to ask them to stick around!
