It does to me! Madame Butterfly or night baseball. At Fenway bring on the hotdogs and beer. Red Sox vs Yankees and guess which team I'd be rooting for...
Ok, so I am reviving my arabella personna - profile and pictures will be active soon. Heaven forbid that I would be perceived as an old lady with a bunch of cats. Yipes!
And Kat will be the only cat, which I think is right LOL
Nothing's impossible, I have found For when my chin is on the ground. I pick myself up, Dust myself off And start all over again.
Don't lose your confidence If you slip Be grateful for a pleasant trip And pick yourself up, Dust yourself off And start all over again.
Work like a soul inspired Until the battle of the day is won. You may be sick and tired, But you'll be a man, my son.
Will you remember the famous men Who had to fall, to rise again? So take a deep breath... Pick yourself up... Dust yourself off And start all over again.

"Pick Yourself Up" Lyrics By Jerome Kern & Dorothy Fields
I remember reading "The Sensuous Woman" by J. when I was 20. Taught me a lot I needed to know about men's "parts" at that time.
But also, the book told me what I could do for myself. It's really great to have a man around. But if he has no idea or inclination to make me happy, it's almost better to be a "do-it-yourself" kind of girl LOL.
Back to the topic - no prospects for me - but that's OK
I had a guy friend who arrived at my house on my birthday - made a bubblebath for me, with candles all around, brought champagne and poured me a glass to drink in the bath, and even brought a boom box with soothing music to play while I was enjoying myself. What a guy!
Welcome, Cee - We just seem to all mix in here together in the forums. I don't even bother to use the search option for finding dates, but certainly you can search for singles in your age range. Hang around and post - all ages and viewpoints are welcomed here.
Best year of my life was when I was 17 - left home for college - learned to really dance - guys suddenly noticed me - partied 4 days a week - not a responsility in the world except showing up for classes - had a gold Barracuda Fastback - it was great!!!
I think that would be great. As some of us have met in person or plan to meet, it would be nice to hear about the visit and see a picture. Plus, if we ever get a "convention" planned - like a chat meet, we could put the pictures and stories of the event on this page.
Yes, Wizzy, those who stick around here and post seem to become friends - and have fun, joke, tease and generally harass each other in a good way...welcome.
I think men like to make the moves, but they look for a sign from the woman. Also depends if we're talking about a public or private "approach".
In public, dancing is always a great way to turn a man on - slow dancing or grinding up close. Hips and hands everywhere and fat chance he'll walk away :) Or the more subtle hand on the knee (either partner) and then moving north?
In private, food is always fun, especially the kind that gives out that "come hither" signal - strawberries dipped in chocolate, whip cream on the side and who knows where that might end up?
On this site, I'm not afraid to send a guy a flower to show I liked his picture or profile. I would rather have him contact me first, but guys like to be flattered too.
In real life, I think eye contact is a good indication of whether a women finds a guy attractive. I want the man to display confidence and say hello first. I guess I'm just old fashioned, huh?
