This is actually a tough call.

If a person wants to sit and read, watch a favorite TV show, movie or sports event, that's up to them and no one should be critical of their choices.

But if their behavior takes away from being with their spouse or children to a great extent....or effects their health when they should be up and exercising, then it might be an issue.
