I give three cheers for everyone who made this day a little funnier, for the fund raisers, suitors, well wishers, advice givers, dreamers and those who still have eternal hope!
The fairy tale is just an illusion. Love should be based in reality.
Cinderella was found by her prince, but I bet after a while she was right back in her work clothes sweeping up the cinders and the prince was off doing whatever princes do LOL
I have always had a garden, even when I lived in places where I could only plant in pots on a patio. I have house plants that are almost as old as my children!
Now I have 3 1/2 acres to play with and a glassed in porch where my vegetable garden seeds are growing as I type :)
Being outdoors and tilling the earth seems fulfilling...
I did the "back to the land" thing in the 70's. Try hauling water and heating it up to wash all your dishes and clothes. Try chopping, stacking, hauling wood and keeping the woodstove going all day. Imagine cooking with a woodstove, no microwave. Oil lamps or candles for light? And no TV for the kids?
Solar is an option but can be expensive...gas powered generators are nice too, especially if you gave a deep well and an electric pump to get your water.
I still raise much of my food and live in the rural setting as did then.
Ocee.....12 on a page....page 2 is next, you know, like on the threads?...I'm not sure how many PAGES of favorites you can add but I bet it's quite a few LOL
At least enough for as many women as you can handle :)
Another harsh comment but true....you're twenty-eight.
If you want a women who is still wanting to play, you're fine.
But if you want a woman to stay and settled down, you have to look the part, talk the talk and appear to be twenty-eight and not still back in your teens.
RE: A page for your stuff.
You did you smartie, you LOL
