I get it from the beach....forest also but my last visit saw me have to climb a very steep hill out of the forest....won't be going there again for a long time...haha
But time spent with loved ones....also just sitting reading in front of the fire brings me alot of peace funnily enough.
Laughter is a big one too and seeing my family happy.xx

Please take a few minutes to think that one day it's very possible that your children, grandchildren etc could happen upon this site and see how their father ,grandfather etc used to speak to women.
I used to be a big time hoarder, then about 10 years ago I got in the habit of giving things away...selling stuff, giving to charity etc... It does more for your mind than you could ever imagine...now if I feel things are starting to fill up again I do a sweep through.
Think of money you could make from.selling some stuff and how that can go into a hobby, holiday or some experience that you could have rather than sit there and ser that money just sitting on a press or in a cupboard.

Last tried this in January with my Partner and we almost took the heads off each other. So any good tips that won't lead to manslaughter it would be appreciated
