I think that there crimes so greivious.....child molestation....and such as this....that they truely do
greive the heart of God.

And though in my thinking, mind and heart God is a mercifull God.
He is also a fair and just God.

Jesus also talked about giving the sword to the governments. To the government authorities to use to defend the people of the land.

Jesus did not take down from the cross or protect the two thieves that were crucified with him. Rather to the two, one he gave the sight of a heavenly glory and the other that denied him....well time will tell there.

So what ever earthly judgement is given this man....I don't see heavenly intervention coming for him.

Indy here is what means.....that any American firm making energy products is only going to what? Make them in the US or abroad?

Simple business answer to that one....overseas is the way to go.
Everything takes energy to build......so .....everything will have a Fed Government energy tax. So......move your operation offshore.

Only President Obama is saying....if you do that....you don't quality for a failout (e.r bailout). He does not have enough money in Fort Knox and on the US Treasury Printing presses to keep US business here under this plan.

The hand writing is on the wall. They (the DEMs) don't want cheap energy (e.g. the reason none have talked offshore oil drilling), they don't want American industry (e.g. they did not support buy American), they don't want small business (else the failout would have had more small business programs), they sure as heck don't want the American people to know what they are spending....abroad or at home.

And with President Obama and Hillary Clinton giving eminent domain to the Chinese on the BOP and Treasury bills....and a falling GNP (down 6.2 % last quarter aloneserious).....and Gov't spending out the roof.....anyone want to take ly Bernake's word that a turn around in the 4th quarter of this year will happen?

Economist are calling the Obama budget.... "a starry eye budget"....with the projections on the GNP growth....for the next 4 years at 12%. "Starry eyed" is just under the 'pie in the sky' budget planning...something that is totally unrealistic.

GWB fought the CONOCO purchase by a Chinese number 3 oil firm. President Obama is willing to sell the country to them....or worse give the country to them. There was no reason to give eminent domain to the Chinese on the BOP or the Treasury notes.

So they stop buying Treasury notes? Means only less the Federal Government has to spend. And that is not the DEM plan.

Rush L just did his first "Statement of the Union" tonight.

A few of the better moments.

A woman reporter asks Joe Biden...after the stimulus package was passed...What is in the package for small business?...Joe pondered the question for a moment....turns to his aid.....and asked him what is in the package for small business. The aid says....that is all in the website. Joe asked what is the address of the site? The aid did not know.

On the day when President Obama met with conservative reporter George Will and others for diner, Rush L was taking the day off. He got a flood of emails asking if he had attended the diner, since he did not do his show that day. Rush L confirmed he was not invited.

On the Rush L comment...."I want him to fail"....Rush L makes s pretty good arguement that for the last 8 years the DEM have wanted GWB to fail, wanted Iraq to fail (Reid even announced that it had failed) and now want America to fail (Crisis for the failouts).

What a neat new term for bailouts.

The FAILOUTS. LOL............yep......the failouts are selling the prosperity of future generations of Americans....our children down the drain.....(bythe way Rush L did not come with this one, yours truelly did).

Back to Rush L.

Rush L went on to say he was a Pittsburg Steeler fan. Wanted the Steelers to win the Super Bowl. That when Arizona got the ball with a few minutes left in the game only four points behind....he want the Arizona QB to fail. Politics is a competitive game.....

Also he said you want to see DEM attacks destroying a persons
credibility ...consider the Judge Borg attacks and the Gen. Petrais attacks. In both the DEMs wanted them to fail.

While I am not a Rush L fan....you got to give him credit. He can get under your skin.

Failouts.....yep going to have to remember that one...kind of get under your skin as well.

I fond out why the mayor was pressured from his position. He circulated a cartoon with the title.....Guess they will not have a Easter egg hunt hunt at the White House's water melon patch this year.

threatening the President.....no

Vinny in my book....hatred....is when the act of violence comes into play. That also is pretty much our Supreme Courts position on it as well....as many cases of Free Speech have come it....in that debate. That also is our definition of hate crimes....an actual act of violence against a minority.

Till then US law enforcement cannot arrest you for jokes in bad taste or for making a A _ _ of yourself like the mayor did.

I live in the country. Think I want to see it go down the tubes?
Do I want fair play and due process under the Constitution? yes.

A lot is said on the air waves. The nice thing is....one can only listen to one channel at a time. Hearing all the junk that is out there....and is largely a waste of time in my opinion. Are there right wing conspiracy nuts? Sure. There is also....left wing conspriracy nuts....ala Weathermen and one Chicago professor that knows the President pretty well.

Difference there....he acted on his ideology.....that is hate.

politicians, goes back to the Revolutionay war days. Each of those old city newspapers 'cartooned' the decision makers of the day.

Actually, it is democracy at its best. Means we are not supressed or repressed here to the point where doing so is dangerous. Though with a recent Mayor of a CA City being forced to resign office, after writing a negative Obama email.....seems to be taking us there.

I have not seen the email and maybe it was over the top. If so, the pressure to resign him....is fine with me. On the other hand,
if does not have a lot of those colorful four letter words that
Gov. Bagolovich likes to use.....is nothing more than freedom of

Seems to me that the DEM had a choice in that little bailout package of GWB....Obama sat in on the discussions to it....DEMsw voted it in...they open discussion in the House and Senate on it.

On the recip side of the affair...the DEMs come to power....vote in so far....$798 bailout....talking of another $400b financial bailout....and just got a $200b war funding request from the
Candy Man.....and REP have been pushed to the side in the debate.

When we see the inside of the 1016 pages of the DEM package....you don't think that DEM friends are not going to happy campers?
Candy Man is just beginning his administration...the same way GWB ended his.

Guess Candy Man is not that creative after all.

Seems to me that President Obama is signing off on those Predator strikes in Pakistan. The US and Iraqi IDF just did a coordinated mission in Iraq. And in Afghanistan US/NATO and Afghani forces are
fighting together. And President Obama is sending more troops to
Afghanistan. The withdrawal date on Iraq is like a day written in the sand....changing every time it is mentioned....present one is
Sometime in 2010.

Point I am coming to is this.

President Obama... if he felt it was all immoral and wrong....and all for nothing....as Commander in Chief....could have ordered a withdrawal from Iraq that would have taken 5-7 days. Yes...only took us two weeks to win the war....getting out...could be done in 5 to 7 days time. In military lingo....is called a fighting withdrawal.

So President Obama seems to be staying the course in Iraq. And in Afghanistan.

When he get the tab for the Afghanistan deployment....now that Russia is being paid to let us supply thru Russia. That the SwAt valley in Pakistan is closed to our supply convoys because the
Pakistani signed that long term ceasefire with the Taliban...
and more and more of our reupply to Afghanistan is air lifted...
going to make GWB $10b per month is going to look like a small figure.

They added a pay back clause in the bank bail out package. Meaning if you take to much....you can pay it back.

Kind of like going to the Candy Man's store....taking to many candies and facing massive tooth decay and hyper activity.....in the future....you get to bring them back.

Gesh....we get them stopping aircraft sales, manufacturing and closing airports...it might cause a recession.

Hey Indy....did you hear that most of both the Senate and the House ....DEM and REP alike have singed a petition to President
Obama to keep the funding for the $149m F-22.

They got about 145 of them now. Want another 130 or so. Ruskies, Iranians, and N. Koreans ain't going to like the stealthy and super sonic F-22 flying along their borders.

Personally, I cannot think of a better place for them.

It is one of the 5 DoD program President Obama wants to cut. He cuts it...more job lose and a Congress that is unhappy. If he cuts it, he take away a system with intrusion abilities to penetrate Iranian and Korean airspace if things get hot.

One of those rock and hard places for him and his administration.

That is why the REP got reading of the stimulus packages as it went thru congress. Why they had members co-writing it. Why they reduce the review time from 48 hours to less 24 hours.

Transparency starts when the minority party get imput, gets a chance to discuss in open session, gets a leadership that stands by itx word on the process of timing of a bill to be voted on.

There is more to transparency than just a web site with figures. The single time during President Obama did not have the House and Senate REP stand to applaud him in the speech.....was when he mentioned the stimulus bill at the beginning.

Playing with the process...the due process of governance...is in sense a breach of trust.....

The confidence problem is not just one of the general public not trusting big business....it is also the general public not trust government. This we have had since the days of Vet Nam.

If what you say is true....and many Americans will agree with you.

This is like giving the keys to the bank....a bank managed by Elliot Ness of the Untouchable, a man you can trust. But who then goes out and hires the nephew of Al Capone to be his night watchman.

We all disbelieve God and/or his existance at one time or another in our lives. Such is the case of being human and not God.

I read several reports on Einstein that said in his later years....he began to attend Jewish Services again. He had friends and collaques that were Jewish and Christian.

And if I knew everything (e.g as God does)....which I don't. I would not be here (Planet Earth) either.
