RE: The Bar Is Open...................It Is Always Ladies Night................

Yes...til I was getting ready to pass out, and the Post Commander told me to go home! I shouldn't have had that third one. That was the killer...and made me miss having a chance to talk to someone that I needed to talk to, too. I was going to have that opportunity.

Ah, well...it all happens for a reason...and he called me today, that's Progress. applause

But yeah...I had fun. Danced some, and even got up and sang Karaoke. blushing I don't normally do that...and that's why I had the third one! laugh

RE: what are you know about kamasutra

OK....I'm all ears, gf! I love learning something new! devil

I'm only drinking 7Up tonight! Just finally recovering from last night, thank you...I don't want alcohol again (even virtually) for a very long time. doh beer

RE: If you Could...

For one more adventure with a lot of laughs...

To the Grand Canyon, and I'd take Ambrose, Mastic, and Joel...I know we'd make laughter echo off the canyon walls being there together!

RE: If you Could...

There are still too many....

OK, I would travel to Paris with Katie, MyLife, and Hugz...I think we'd all have a great time enjoying the sites there and flirting outrageously with the men.

Then I'd go to Spain to see JBiza and FloweroftheSun, and take Sommerauer. Food, wine, and talking way into the night about everything.

I'd next want to go to India and visit Rahul and Riya...and take GB because I think he's another who would enjoy being there and has the Eastern bent of mind as well, and we would all enjoy talking about philosophy.

And thank you, Sommer...I know that you're originally from there, and I keep forgetting you don't live there now. But I would really love to have you on that trip with the other two, I think we'd all have a great time and many good memories to share.

RE: Normal and genuine

If I saw BP give such an answer I would go outside to watch the sky fall...just as I would if you gave one as wordy as his answers are...to me, you're both awesome just the way you are, btw...but I don't think any of us are "normal"!

Does somebody wish to define "normal"? How can a human be abnormal...I think we are all normal for ourselves. I am normal for me, BP is normal for BP, etc. professor

RE: If you Could...

It's getting harder, BP, not easier! doh

While in the UK, I want to go to Ireland and meet up with:

Livinglarge, Crotty P, and have JPunk come over there to meet up with us. I think we'd laugh a lot exploring the pubs, and that I'd learn a lot about Ireland from them. Hopefully somebody in the lot could teach me gaelic. We would, though, all have to agree to leave religion off of the discussion list.

RE: If you Could...

Group/place 2:

Trish, Claayer, and Sommerauer: I would come visit you guys in England and have you show me around. I know we'd all have a blast touring it all!

RE: If you Could...

OK...Lorax111, Galactic Bodhi and Barren P at an archeological site, like Chichen Itza or Belize because we would all enjoy such an adventure, and truly appreciate the history, spirituality, and architecture.

RE: If you Could...

There are so many, it's not fair to limit it to three...but, I'll abide by the rules.

MBCasey (you'd have a lot of company, Ken!) would definitely be one of them. He's such a nice guy, and I would love to meet him in person.

Hollandgirl, definitely...I love her wisdom and humor, and would be honored to meet her in person.

Trish...we have tarot cards to compare and have fun with!

I would want to go visit each in their homes...and have them come here, too. I think one's home reflects oneself, and that one is more themself in their home.

There are many more...so many more. Honestly, I'd love to be able to buy a tropical island and invite everyone there for a big CS party...and to visit any time they needed a vacation and someone to make them feel better and welcomed.

RE: superheroes

She was my other favorite...and it was a toss-up for which to choose. Glad someone else named her!

RE: superheroes

I seem to recall that in my martial arts training, I was taught weight doesn't really matter. You're lighter, so you can move a little faster. Speed and agility are much more important, right? I wish I could be there to see it and cheer you on.

boxing boxing Kick his butt!

RE: HALLOWEEN THOUGHTS

Awesome. hug thumbs up

RE: howdy

Yes, winter approaches...time for long nights and retreat within to rest and heal as the Earth does. (I hate winter, but love the other seasons, and so try to make the most of it.)

RE: Bibliophiles unite

Not all of us fear death. Dying is inevitable and I don't fear death itself...I fear it being a long, drawn-out, painful process as it is with most cancers.hug heart wings

RE: Bibliophiles unite

I agree...all of the knowledge that is truly necessary to us will remain...even if we as a species do not.

RE: Bibliophiles unite

I started collecting books a long time ago. I have literally had to give away bookcases full of them or I would have them stacked all over the place with hardly any space to walk. I had to do it again after my husband died...there are still boxes in the attic to go through of them. We started taking them to Half Priced Books when he was alive, or we would have been buried in them! laugh Nope...I don't need to start collecting them! tongue

RE: I stuck this in here...

Thank you. hug I hope that I can win his trust. It won't be easy, I know...that's the battle.

RE: superheroes

I will be praying for you, Daniel. You can do it, I have faith. Kick their butts! applause

RE: How much person from here u met in real life?

I met one man from here (not on forums), dated for a little bit, but it didn't work out.

There are several people from here (forums) that I would love to meet in person as friends. I hope some day we will. hug

RE: How much person from here u met in real life?

applause Congratulations! I hope you have a beautiful day for it! Blessings to you and Eric.hug hug

RE: I stuck this in here...

True...which is why I could lose the battle. But I have to try. Ah, Sommer...I look into those eyes of his and I see so much love...clouded by pain and fear. He has been hurt very badly, and he has good reason to fear that happening again now. Not many women could offer him what I will, and he knows it. What he doesn't know is that I know why he's so afraid. He has hinted by saying he's too old for me (10 years older), and that he has "shortcomings". I haven't had the chance yet to tell him that I accept those "shortcomings", I know already, and can still be faithful...I love him that much.

RE: Is it sooo important to find love in life ?? to be happy and feel life is worthwhile ..

Yes...that's true. But it's a different type of completion. It brings a new depth to life when you share love like that. I have sons, I have friends and family, and I have dogs...but to share life and love with a partner adds another layer. hug heart wings

RE: Is it sooo important to find love in life ?? to be happy and feel life is worthwhile ..

I am one who needs love like I need air and water...and yet, it's not love that makes me feel happy and worthwhile. I already feel that I am worthwhile and I am happy...I just have an abundance of love to share, and need someone to share it with, as well as needing to curl up with someone at the end of the day. I am complete, I don't need a partner to complete me...I just desire a partner to share my life and love. heart wings

RE: NOT YOUR'S TO GIVE!!!!!!!

Thank you, Conrad. I just learned a lot about a great man and our Constitution. I will not support anyone who would not respect our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our Flag, or our Anthem...such a man has no right being in any position politically in this country, but especially no right to be President of it. handshake
