What appears to be a 6 from my angle will appear to be a 9 to the person in front. We are both right from our respective places. Even though different people have different views on the same thing, they can all be right from their respective places.
What is right from your point of view may be wrong from someone else's point of view. What is right from one angle may be wrong from another angle. What is right in one situation may be wrong in another situation. What is right at one place may be wrong at another place. What is right today may be wrong tomorrow. What seems right in one feeling, seems wrong in another feeling.
Some right-wrong are always constant and some right-wrong keep changing according to person to person, perspectively, situation, place, time, feelings, etc.
If the mind is active in looking at the causes, it produces insomnia and if the mind is active in looking at the effects, it produces calmness. effects = whats happening in your body and mind level
Note: here feeling means "feel anything at body-level or mind-level"
The whole life is full of many questions. If we say that life itself is a question, then there will be no exaggeration. It is not possible to get answers to all the questions, but we find answers only to those questions with which our feelings are connected. The questions which do not make us feel anything, that question is useless to us. Finding answers to questions is a long process and one answer breeds new questions. So instead of finding the answer, if the feeling attached to that question can be separated, then that question will become useless for us and will remain silently in the pile of questions.
Note: here feeling means "feel anything at body-level or mind-level"
self-realization is very big and difficult task:
If you are looking at the feeling instead of looking at the cause of the feeling, it is self-awareness/introspection, it will lead you towards self-realization. Looking at the feelings is called introvert and looking at the causes of the feelings is called extrovert. In both cases you will feel the feeling but whether you look at the feeling or look at the causes of the feeling, depends on you. The essence of entire spirituality/religiosity/theism/atheism is how to become an introvert. Even the purpose of worshipping God is to become an introvert, not to pleasing God.
As long as there is instability in your mind, you are not you. When you have stability in your mind then only you will be yours.
But still have question: If you are you then what you are? If I am me then what I am?
got only this : You are that what I am and I am that what you are. We are all drops of the ocean, one day all the drops have to merge into that ocean and become the ocean.
no one gets the perfect life, there is always something missing in everyone's life. If you get everything in life, then what will you wish for? Some unfulfilled desires give the joy of life.
