It's like when somebody is depressed,often they think they are their depression...but they're not,and the only reason they suffer from it,is because they IDENTIFY with it.
I almost felt guilty getting under the squat rack at MONSTER GYM on Friday...and squatting 1200 pounds,,,NOT once...not twice..not three times...but 4 times...
