It was a week..containered too.

I'm not trying to brag..but when I fell from the scaffold in 2005..

I was oredered to do physiotherapy on my broken rib,and on my 5th day of PHYSIO....

I got impatient and went into the weight room and benched 3oo..I shouldn't have with a broken rib..but whatever.

I'm not perfect.
