You will never be able to make it work 100%. There will always be those the feel entitled to something their not and will get there by the influence of the family via social of financial status. It is just part of the game.
You can't keep others from it. You can start with yourself and teach your children good moral and social values. Teach them that with hard work they can achieve anything. It does happen. Could be sooner could be later I don't know. The solar system we live in at this time has been around for approximately 4 billion years. According to scientist there is approximately 4 billion years of life left in the sun. At the time it runs out of energy I'll be long gone and nothing more than a fleeting spec of dust buried under who Knows how much dirt.

Scientifically the north and south poles of the earth have reversed themselves before nothing new. The magnetic north pole has always drifted. We have known this for many decades. I't not gonna cause the earth to blow up or any thing. The only thing that will cause that is when the Sun explodes in a few billion years byt that time man will either be completely gone or we will have figured out how to do interstellar space travel. Either way it's a looooooonnnnnggggggg way off.
