Picked then to storage awaiting transport then transported to a packing facility where it either goes by train or truck to the next point which might be a shipping terminal or a distribution terminal inland. then it's separated to be distributed by truck to the retailer's storage then distributed to the local store by truck. Lot's of needed transportation to get the product to you. You take that away and most people would starve.
The paint will absorb a very small amount of the radar signal but not enough to make it invisible.
Back years ago when I was active duty navy I ran small boats for BUDS training. They were a 36' boat called Seafox. They had a radar sig about the size of a 7-8' dingy. The design and the paint called elephant skin was did it. Those were one of the most dangerous boats ever designed. The were prone to act like a torpedo if you came off a wake just right. Had a few people killed in them. They would go under and the cabin would collapse in on you crushing you. I was in charge of the last one in the navy and decommed it. Stripped it then took the hull to the landfill and watched it get ran over with the dozer.
Even stealth shows up on radar. just has a much smaller signature. Something akin to a bird. It's not the paint either it's the angles even navy ships use the tech. Look the the Arleigh Burke DDG 51 - class and the Oscar Austin DDG 79 - class Destroyers.
Yep innocent till proven guilty. She hasn't been charged yet? then why do you bring it up. She's serving 86 years for a CONVICTION for shooting a person. They got all the time in the world to file those charges.
What matters is the underlying charges. What were the actual things she was charged with that caused the Government to use the word terrorism and or terrorist. Intent is also defined as conspiring to do harm. Don't even have to set it in motion.
Guilt till innocence does not come into play here She was arrested by Pakistani police not American police. their laws not ours until she was possibly handed over for detainment.
I wouldn't put too much stock in what she says. She could have been tortured during her vacation with the Taliban. Like has been said you'll say anything while being tortured to stop it.

Breaking into a home of an elderly couple and harassing them at gunpoint is by definition terrorism. Again Terrorism is terrorism no matter who is on the back side of the gun.
Did you ever think that you possibly didn't have the clearance to get the information. There is this little thing called the FOIA. Use it to get information not asking people that may not know.

Cook County sheriff's police on a drug raid smashed into a Southwest Side house late Thursday night, terrorizing the elderly couple who lives there before admitting they had the wrong house.
Sheriff's police this morning said they targeted the home and obtained a search warrant based on information from an informant who had provided credible information in the past.
"As soon as we entered the home, we knew this couple was not involved in the activity alleged," sheriff's police spokesman Steve Patterson said in an e-mail. "Our officers immediately requested the assistance of an interpreter and, as a precautionary measure, a medic, while also asking the couple to contact a relative who could assist in the situation."
Terrorist are just that even under the guise of law enforcement officers the term terrorist has a meaning.
