RE: How If A woman is always temperamental and abusive to a man who is honestly comitted to her ?

I will just say this. I lived it for 18 years. Took that long to realize it was a dead end road. I tried to tough it out for my kids but in the end it was literally killing me. Nothing physical but being held prisoner for that long not able to have friendships and any time apart will kill you.

I know the signs and how to run now. I think that's the reason I will do my best to not get married again. I can love someone again and all but hope they understand that as of now marriage is completely out of the question.

peace cheers

RE: stay or go??

18 years together for me the last 6 or so was living hell. I finally said enough is enough and got out. I would say that if you choose to leave make sure you take care of your children in all aspects of their life if you truly care for them. If you don't then your children will see it as abandoning them and resent you for the rest of your life.

Good luck and only you truly know the answer to your question.handshake cheers

RE: Prospects for USA Recovery

I think the real question should be;

How far did we the people let the government stray from it's designated rights?

I am almost fearful of truly finding out. But we know that the Constitution has been ignored for many decades. I woulod go so far as to say many scores.

RE: Is the need for being pampered a bad thing in a relationship?

Giving a gift to someone you care about is not being materialistic. Expecting a gift is.

RE: Movies

Drive-in. Any thing but stupid ones. And never go by the movie critic. for me what they say is bad is sometimes one of the better movies Hollywood sloughs out.

RE: 1st Impressions

If you meet through a dating site like this one then you should have a good deal of talking and such done. You should also be comfortable meeting the person so the first impression is already passed. The only thing left for first impression is the actual eyeballing to see if their picture and description are on par with each other.

cheers

RE: Ciblings

1 brother 2 sisters. Brother committed suicide 4 years ago. Little sister and I are real close. Older sister not really. Actually just passing the time away due to her lifestyle. Can't help those that refuse to help themselves. Damn prescription drugs and fudged up dr's.

RE: The Age Factor

10 either direction. But then again gotta find someone that is willing to go out. Trust me. Small towns are not very good for finding people and having to drive to the next town is not all that economical. Plus I just don't do bars and there are no bars in the county I live in it's a dry county. bouquet

RE: shall I keep this baby?

Sorry I was referring to what I though was the conversation from Conorco. As far a the child yes society has a small responsibility if the parent's refuse to take care of him/her. bouquet

RE: shall I keep this baby?

Yes your right. But at what point does society say enough is enough? There has to be breaking point otherwise you end up in a completely socialistic society like was envisioned in the book 1984.

RE: shall I keep this baby?

Nothing to do with bigger than anyone else unless you count me taking responsibility for my own actions as being a bully inarticulate or trapped. Everything in this world boils down to personal responsibility. If people are not willing to take it then why should society come to the rescue.

RE: shall I keep this baby?

Sorry totally different circumstance.

No she should not. He should have had enough sense to put a rain coat on of he was going to be playing in the rain. Grow up. Take responsibility for your actions and stop whining about this chit.

RE: shall I keep this baby?

On this I agree whole heatedly. I give up 2500 a month to see that my children have a roof over their head, food to eat, clothes on their back, and transportation to get where they need to go. I do it knowing full well that my x will be using the same money for the same purposes. I brought them into this world and will take care of them even if she and I can't get along. They are just as much my responsibility as they are hers.

Guess that's why I have a hard time finding someone. I'm not rich but I have enough to live and survive and can do most things I want to.
