Up until I think Nixon maybe a bit sooner the American dollar was backed by the gold in the reserves. The Government stopped that and now says it's backed by their word. Nothing tangible to back it up with.
Right to the first part. However laws preventing certain actions are noting but placing one person's morals on the rest. Wether we like it or not. There for legislating morality is done every day.
Got to be more specific when making statement's of that nature. Yes the industrial revolution did require lot;s of immigrants but they were also along the same mindset as we were and are. Not too culturally different. Most were looking for a better life and to make something for themselves and families.
Sorry but your wrong. We the US didn't open the borders. Our government's executive branch has refused to enforce the laws regarding immigration. Now we are over run with illegal aliens and no work for our own citizens much less the illegal aliens. time for a serious revamp of our government.
Gratitude and politeness can only be expected from those who have shown it in the past. Maybe but highly doubtful that most countries will learn from this. The economy cannot support a massive influx of people from a single culture all at once. Especially those that bring their way of life and don't want to assimilate into the new culture.

I don't know about that. I would not make assumptions about every separated person all lumped into one. It should be based on how the person is and how long they have been separated. Some are separated and have been mentally separated for up to years before taking the final steps to leaving the partner. Would you say in that instance the person is just getting over the breakup.
Really is too much to decipher to just outright disregard someone based on their previous relationship end the final ending.
