As I was there in April, it was not overcrowded with tourists. The tourists in my hotel did mainly come from United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and France.
Malta is a nice little country, a little bit like Ireland but warmer. What I liked about Malta was that one can go from the east to the west, south and north coast in one day. A one day bus ticket which is valid all over Malta did just cost 3,5 €. That is great value. Most of the prehistoric sites were more interesting than Stonehenge. I will definitely visit Malta again. Thanks to all Maltese that helped with my travel preparations.
