Here is one of my favorite recipes from my Greek Great-Grandmother (it's actually in a published recipe book).
Absolutely delicious, and easy!
Kourambiethes (Greek Powdered Sugar Cookies)
1 lb. Sweet butter 1/2 c. Powdered sugar 1/2 c. Orange Juice 1 oz. Mastica or amaretto (opt.) 6-7 c. Cake flour (Swans Down)
Melt butter and cool. Beat until creamy, about 15 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat. Add orange juice and beat. Add liquor. Fold in flour and beat. Roll into crescent shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
Hmmm ... may be a bit more helpful if some people knew that, (*according to the OP*), she had made a thread previously ... telling of how the man she was involved with was ashamed & embarrassed to be seen with her due to her size, which is what he told her when she inquired as to why he didn't want her to get out of the car when picking him up, etc. ...
Very interesting ... though I'm not too definite on the whole concept of meeting people in a place called "Heaven", after death. It's really impossible to know if this is even a possibility - or just wishful thinking / certain beliefs, etc.
