I don't watch a ton of TV, but we do have a show here that is similar. It's called The People's Couch …
Here's a synopsis:
The People’s Couch enters the living rooms of households and films real people watching and commenting on popular shows and news from the past week. The hour-long unscripted series delivers the buzziest water-cooler moments of the television season by showcasing avid TV watchers in their homes, as they laugh, cry, talk, gasp, and scream at their TVs. Each diverse group of viewers will bring their hilarious, unique commentary about TV’s hottest moments to the small screen. Based on the hit UK show Gogglebox, the series is part of an international phenomenon with new series being produced across the world in China, Ukraine and Denmark, with additional deals in France, Spain, Canada and Germany.
I have seen this and it's good for some laughs 9 times out of 10.
No snarky comments … ? Okay, I'll do my best to abide by that.
I'm here as sort of an escape from my class work. I log into my online classes, and when my brain is about to bust from cramming in way too much information, I log into CS for the forums and long-time friends I have made. Once in a while I'll venture over to the blogs and poetry sections, as well.
Unfortunately, none of your poll choices apply to me, so my input (or lack thereof) will not be beneficial for the changes made to the architecture of this site - as you say.
If it's not locked & you are really that "depressed" about it, I say post away! Or, as others have suggested - create a similar thread inspired by the one(s) you want to contribute to.
That being said, there are some threads that do require a shelf life, as you'll find out if you stick around long enough.
RE: why can't I delete my old forums on this site?
True. You and Pedro need to come up with some better schemes …I have faith in you
