The fact is there are fats that are good for your overall well being and fats that are bad for it. Olive oil is one of the good fats, the olive industry in Spain does not need to fund a study to prove that. It is also the case that most cheap junk food is made with the 'bad' fats because they are cheaper.
I am not saying there should not be a remembrance day, I am saying that remembering what happened in the past is not very fruitful unless we apply it to the present and the future.
I believe we create our own reality. If the girls you are dating aren't 'good enough' for you, for whatever reasons, then it is down to what your are doing, not that there is something wrong with girls in general.
Are most people really so ignorant about this subject that you guys need to post sites to read about it? Ithink most people already know about the holocaust.
I'm actually a very healthy person for my age. I don't have any chronic illnesses or problems, exercise regularly, have no aches and pains, etc. I believe it is very much due to my diet, that I don't smoke, and that I exercise. I eat a very healthy diet, but I do eat treats sometimes and have a glass of beer or wine sometimes. I couldn't eat a completely strict diet, but most of what I do eat is very healthy food.
Also, some of the stuff on this thread sounds a lot like high school bs....
Adults, mature people, whether they are attractive or not, develop their personalities. This is nonsense that good looking people don't bother to develop their personalities and average looking people make more effort to do so. I have known just as many average looking people with lousy personalities as I have know good looking people with them, and visa versa.
OP, if good looking women are being cold to you, it is because they are not interested in you and when you come on to them, you apparently can't take a hint when they don't respond.
Sorry, but just because you are attracted to a woman, it doesn't mean she has to be attracted to you. You may find a woman cold to you because she is not interested. Often, if you are not interested in a guy, but you want to be nice and be friendly, they will not leave you alone, so you have to be cold and unfriendly. That's the reality. I am sure if women you aren't attracted to come on to you, you don't spend all your time being friendly so they think they have a chance with you. If you don't "need that crap" then allow a woman who is not interested in you to be left alone.
