The anti American sentiments being expressed on the threads are just unbelievable.
The US has acted as the worlds policeman against maniac dictators and genocide for years with no thanks from the rest of the world.
I challenge all of you with anti American sentiments to imagine what kind of a world we would be living in if it wasn't for the US.......i'm guessing we would all be extinct if the despots and maniacs were let run riot.
America hasn't always got it right but it has got a damm sight more right than the bleeding heart brigade in the rest of the world gives it credit for.
So wake up and smell the coffee, imagine the world if the US sat back and did nothing.

I don't agree with censorship of any type, however there is one side of it that nobody has mentioned.
Maybe it will stop a lot of people who set out to bed a well known star with the intention of selling the story to make loads of money for themselves.
It might, just might leave more families intact.
Don't get me wrong, i know it takes two to tango but there are a lot of money grabbing people out there who will wreck a marriage to make a fortune.

I have a really fun side with a great sense of humour (and a very perverted mind ), unfortunately my nervousness (especially when meeting someone for the first time) tends to show just my serious side.....probably why second dates don't happen too often for me

I don't mean to hijack the thread but on a related topic, do other men find themselves very self conscious when they are in a public place with their child but without a female in your company?

As a single father i am very self conscious being at outdoor playgrounds, indoor playbarns and cinemas at the kids club with my son. It makes me very uncomfortable that something innocent could be blown out of porportion by someone.
Like when my son was younger i would be up on the slides and all the other stuff at the indoor play barn and kids who were with their parent but not with another kid would come over to my son for a friend to play with, made me very very uncomfortable.....wanted them to just go away in case their parent made an issue out of nothing.

Anyone else have that experience?

Very well said and you are right, as a parent it is your job to protect your children.
Was just curious when you specifically mentioned males in your opening post. Glad you clarified it and said the female would have to be a very close friend for you to allow your girls to stay over.

Yeah fair point about the DNA.....am sure anything is possible though.

Also they are slow about releasing proof because they don't want to be seen as triumphalist and further inflame the situation.

Bush was triumphant when Saddam and his sons were captured and killed, never a good idea. At least Obama is being cautious and that caution might just save lives.

Am just looking to go away for a week or ten days, possibly two weeks for a European (or North Africa) sun holiday sometime between now and September.
Went traveling around the world for six months before, loved being on my own.
I guess i posted this more from the point of view of cost, there seems to be very little holiday packages out there that cater for just one.

Where would people recommend for a single person to go on holiday? I have many friends but each and every one of them are either married, engaged or in long term relationships. So its just me.....anyone got any ideas? I am very happy in my own company (too happy at times ) so going on holiday on me own is not a problem. That said i am just wondering is there anyone else, male or female who is in the same boat?
