It's important to go through a certain stage of grief because it helps us deal with reality and move on. We are all different and therefore some folks recover fast while others may require more time. In time we tend to accept things we have no control over and start a new beginning. At this stage we are stronger and we are able to find new interests and often a passion for what we truely believe in. Growth and personal development is constant if we allow it.
I like the peace exploring and walking along the seawall enjoying nature. Would you consider spending a day with someone exploring, strolling and chatting along the ocean as a date?
Not only the Christians have a trinity. The ancient Hindus have a trinity ( Brahma, Vishnu, and Siva) some 700 years before the birth of Christ, while it was said the Chinese Buddha , is one person, but has three forms, and the Scandinavian trinity comprised of Odin, Thor and Frey. Other trinities included the ancient Greeks, Persians and Egyptians. Interestingly, Father Joseph de Acosta in 1604, discovered a trinity in Peru, an idol called Tangatanga.
There is only one way to discover God. Give up all your material things and arrogance, live on the street with the poor. Then listen, learn and help the poor, the aged, sick, and the dying. After that, go live in an isolated place such as an island or in the mountains for a year or two without communication with others. Pay attention to the movement of nature, the seasons, behaviour of the animals. birds and plants. Lay on your back at night and study the starin the vastness of space. In the morning think about your parents who brought you into this world. Then if you are lucky, you might reach out and touch the face of God while you think in silence. God is not in books or theory but only in your thoughts and the way you experience love, life, and nature.
I think it depends on the willingness of both parties to give it a try before saying no. Even long distance can be connecting if the personalities are compatible.
Most people tell me I had an exciting life. I never worked more than 5 years in any one location although I did the same job, dated a lage number of women I now can't remember most of their names, and have mingled with some really interesting and nice people. Have you had an exciting life when you think about your past?
