The children were removed illegally! Had each case been investigated individually,and found to be abused, then remove the child!. What the court said was that the manner in which they were removed was illegal. If the child custody agency felt that illegal activity was going on.....they were as guilty for not acting in a legal way.
Nothing more! No one agree with the abusive behavior in this case. What is wrong...is not applying due process.
And since DUDE is once again acting in a judgemental fashion. Let me make this PERFECTLY CLEAR!
I met a thirteen year old girl when I was sixteen. She was pregnant when I met her. She had gotten pregnant by a soldier and then he abandoned her. I married her, to give her child a father, a name, and a home. We remain great friends and she and her family are still greatful for what I tried to do!!
