I think the greastest reward an employer can give an employee is a simple pat on the back for a job well done. it is amazing how far a word of encouragement can go in increasing productivity

This has NOTHING to do with Kitty. It is a general statement!!
But it's seems kinda dumb to tell a person in their mid-50s. "when you find the right one" Thje options are getting pretty slim at this point. At least that is how I feel about it!!. I am 57, and feel there aren't really many chances left to "find the right person"
***I would not expect people to run their lives around another person's allergies or health issues, but to walk up to someone with asthma and for fun, do things like blow the smoke in their face or do things that will set off reactions is not right.
I don't know of any adult who ould do such a thing, c'mon!!!
