We had those in Utah until the public caused a stink. Come to find out they were illegal and the fines had to be refunded back to the "Defendants". It was a messs. Cities were out of revenue that they made up for hiring more officers and handing out unjustified tickets!
Thank you. I have and still am raising 9 on my own. Been a constant battle. No medals needed. There are people with no children who watch over other family memebers such as sick parents who deserve it more. they give all their time and energy as well.
Kudos to everyone in this world. They support and care for others on a daily basis as well...we just don't always see it. Sometimes it's as simple as a kind word or friendly smile to a stranger.
I have a boss like that now. You can "prove" him wrong by showing him his mistakes in HIS own writing and he will tell you that you "misinterpreted" what he wrote. It's frustrating as hell.
My twin brother is the exact same way. You can see the moon is full, he will tell you it's a half moon...problem is...he believes it too.
Sometimes this is related to a number of "personality disorders" that we as human beings cannot comprehend. We all are capable of admitting our "errors"...being defensive and unwilling or better yet, unable to admit he has made a "mistake" shows that there will be no other remedy but to let him go. It's a tough decision, but if the hotel suffers, you all do in the long run.
I wish you luck hon. It's never easy letting someone go.
Wow! Revival of the children thread...thanks you guys!
Just wanted to say that it's my youngest son's birthday today...he just turned 18!!!! He made it to be of legal age! I guess having 5 younger sisters didn't kill him yet!
I don't get "nnkid"...I have children around. Even my boyfriend hasn't seen me that way. I'd like him to stay with me! (and I love to invision HIM naked)
There's no sure fire formula. The biggest problems are lack of respect or communication. Sometimes financial problems create problems in the relationship as well. Everyone is unique.
I'm not beautiful to me...but I'd like to think "inside" I am. Men have said they won't talk to me because they think I am pretty, while others have said that's the ONLY reason they did. Sucks...you never know which it is.
Overwhelming joy is looking into my children's eyes and know that THEY know I love them. It's the joy they bring to me when I ask them how they know...and they say "you show us". It's the joy they bring with a hug and kiss...especially from my 3 year old, who knows when she's in trouble she says...."mommy, I have to tell you something....you're pretty"...and thinks it makes things all better. Little does she know...it does.
I never felt the overwhelming joy of knowing or feeling that my mother loved me. I think I'm trying to make that up with my own children.
The joy on their faces for whatever reason they may have... those smiles...are the greatest and most powerful joy to me.
