My children don't have any problems at all with my dating. My daughter is on a different site because she would rather date locally than internationally.
I agree. Save dinner and a movie for later in the relationship. For me it depends on the situation. If its someone I met online and he's local, Starbucks is fine. It's in a public place and all I'm trying to ascertain at that point is if there will be a second date. If I'm meeting someone long distance then we will pretty much be together 24/7 and be doing many things during that time. Originality also gets big points. Once I met a guy who was flipping a house and after meeting for lunch we went to Ikea to look at kitchens and then to the habitat for humanity restore where I got some screens for my building. Sounds weird, but I enjoyed it. On the second date we went to a Buddhist temple ( neither of us were Buddhist). I really like the idea of a picnic and walk in the mountains or beach after a few dates when things are starting to get romantic.
