Well, I do a bit of keep fit cos it gives me human contact. I have a boat and do a bit of fishing but weekends away and pampering myself are important too. I always like to do unusual things too so I travelled on a steam train on Wednesday and later this year I intend to swim with dolphins. There are certain bonuses in living alone!
I think a lot of us came on here initially looking for a date but ended up enjoying the conversation and the friendship. It's sort of like being back at school, lot's of other people to play with. And there are some folks on here that I have become quite attatched too....and one or two I like to argue with!
Sorry I started this now but if I read it and re read it, It reads like an advert....Make It Happen, buzz words...That's advertising talk.I wonder at times that we are so surrounded by commercialism, that we can't tell the difference from sincerity anymore.
The profile is bland and so average it says nothing and the first post from someone we have never heard of before and since is to arrange a meet. This just strikes me as someone trying to arrange a business proposal and not looking for romance.
I think when I first came to the site. The last thing on my mind was trying to arrange a meet. All I wanted was to meet Miss Right. It just feels all wrong to me. You know that wee voice deep inside that sometimes speaks to you....your intuition.
