Time for her to grow up and her parents to kick her out of the nest...
Becoming a parent is a big responsibility... some mature and take on the responsibility very well, others use parents to look after baby/child while they still do their own thing... as an Aunt I can understand your desire to kick butt... but it is up to her parents to lay down the law ....
It all depends on what it is and how I rate it in the scheme of things... I ask... and for good measure I'll even add please... sometimes you do have to put your footdown, curfew, going to school, I did my heels in with "your a minor and while leaving under this roof I am the parent..." attitude... however, I can safely say number 4 just does his own thing, until he wants something... new story...
ok but the chairman of the board still has to answer to the board members, even if the board members have to sleep with the enemy for the good of all.. If you like the big picture.. Isn't it great that we live in a democracy and not a dictatorship .... So in effect our government is sleeping with the enemy for the greater good of all..
So if the nearest playground is 50km away.. There must be a valid reason ..??..lolhummm..lol so is China a afe place to live... Well i can think of worst places, and they are ruled by religious fantastics or dictatorships again jmo..lol
I thought I hit the quote button, but I was quoting one of the girls who had rolled with laughter as her response.. and I was thinking back to the day when I got engaged, I was sitting on the bonnett of the car, he proposed and I burst into laughter, mind you I wasn't laughing 5 months later when I handed him back his ring, and told him I couldn't marry him.. I was young (20) and had to some much to learn about life, he was 12 years my senior, divorced with twin toddlers...
But I don't think we can blame other countries for selling us out, when it is our government selling us out with trade agreements, foreign policies etc.,
Maybe our Federal Government should stop protituting themselves and look after our own needs - farmers, local industries, retailers (particularly the small ones) then maybe we can have our national pride back and be the country we once was, and that is, self sufficient and self reliant, after all isn't that why we have so many people moving here because they have this daft idea that Australia is the place of plenty... plenty of what...???
