Take care of yourself in every way possible. Take care of your appearance, go shoppinhg for a new wardrobe, exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet, go to church listen to music that makes you happy, and avoid poisonous things/individuals as much as possible. Accept and embrace reality as a way out of a difficult time.Be courageous
