RE: NATIONAL ANTHEMS (Best Ones)

mumbling As much as I hate to admit it, the Russian National Anthem has a very attractive melody. A sound so good, that it was even set to Rock Music.

RE: Can u memember ur first date ?

wave Very cute note in history, galrads.

My very, very first date ? Actually no, I don't remember much about it, except that I felt close to passing-out from nerves and worrying about my palms being sweaty. I was either in the 5th or 6th grade.

RE: id say the heart doesnt like food

RE: Funny Videos....

RE: Who would you like to see open for Jeff Lynne's ELO at The Hollywood Bowl this spring?

My personal preference, is to see Maroon 5 open for ELO, but that's not going to happen due to Maroon 5 being such a major ticket on their own and the two groups are generations apart.

Equity as awesome, is to have David Gilmore and ELO performing on the same stage, but really, who of the two should open for the other ? Tough call.

RE: How many light years would it take to get to heaven

It's not a matter of distance, but a matter of crossing over to the spiritual realm. The spiritual realm is all around us, and heaven is only a heartbeat away.

RE: Numer 1 Invention is

wave Yes. In short, penicillin, antibiotics break the outer shell of harmful cells and that allows the body's own immune system to easily attack and destroy the diseased cells that cause the sickness.

RE: Where in the USA are the Native American Indians?

laugh Lets try, great-grandfather.

RE: Where in the USA are the Native American Indians?

I would like to add that the U.S. Census Bureau also had numbers of 10 million mixed American Indians. Grate grandfather on my dad's side, was a native Irishman who went crazy about Indian women and married a Cherokee Indian lady in the U.S. State of Ohio. I was raised in an Irish American and Scottish American environment, in the State of Kentucky.

RE: Where in the USA are the Native American Indians?

There are tribal leaders and elders in charge within their communities, but I believe you are referring to our presidential elections. True, I can't see where they would have an impact on who will be elected U.S. President.

RE: OK some people are dying now that never died before

professor There's a first time for everything.

RE: Numer 1 Invention is

RE: Where in the USA are the Native American Indians?

U.S. population of American Indians: 5.4 million.
326 Reservations are recognized by the Federal Government throughout the country. Though, Indians are not forced to live on reservations.

140,556: American Indian military veterans.
274,238: Own businesses.

RE: Happy Trails CS!

Please correct me anyone, if I'm wrong about this, but if I remember right, Da Moose once mentioned that he is a Helicopter Ranger for the Canadian Forestry Department.

I guess the last color that he wants to see by next fall, is green. laugh

RE: What is the hardest thing to do?

The hardest thing that I've ever had to do, is to maintain employment: hold-down a job while having a broken heart. This was in 1992 and the initial pain lasted for months.

RE: PICTURE THREAD - another try...

professor 30,000 years ago, a lineage of wolf branched off from the pack and became dog... In this age, if a wolf pup is raised by humans, the wolf pup will have the need to roam 10 to 15 miles from its home as an adult wolf, while doggies learn early to stay near and be content with being house or yard dogs. And they still accept our foolishness.
