Hey miss Windy Just stopped by to glance around Connecting Singles, haven't been here in a few months. Saw your post and had to reply. Several books in the word of God has information about the last days before the return of Jesus. The books of Daniel and Zechariah are two. From the writings: on the day that Jesus returns to the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, armies from the nations of the world are surrounding Israel to completely destroy Israel, but before that happens, Jesus returns and saves Israel. I believe most of the world will be about the same as it is now, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be in the middle east when Jesus returns. I'll wait for the dust to settle a bit before I book a one way ticket to Jerusalem to be with my savior. Personally, I think Jesus will return around the year 3600, so I won't be here to need a ticket anyway.
Yep, I've posted this story before and here it goes again. Louise Morgan was her name and she was a registered nurse in life. She lived in the house that I'm in and her spirit was here for about eleven years. As a nurse, she was undoubtedly a clean natured person. I being single, never felt the need to immediately put the house in order at any given time. She would throw my trash around, knock-over foam cups, even saw a TV dinner tray slide across the floor. She would haunt me only in the winter-time and for years, I couldn't figure out why only in the winter. One day it dawned on me that she was a modest ghost and she knew that I didn't wear clothes around the house in the summer.
Thank you Lady serena and Sir Halv0 for your in-put. As much as I would like to share time with the Lord when he returns to Israel, it wouldn't bother me a bit to make it to heaven first and thank God I don't have to be perfect, Jesus died, so I don't have to be.
Oh great forum question, thanks As a Christian and under the laws of the God of Israel, I believe that a Christian only has to do this earth thing once. However, outside of the laws of God, it could very well be that a soul/spirit can be reincarnated. If one believes in the God of Israel, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, ain't no coming back here after death.
I joined Connecting Singles, to find casual dating, but the blogs, forums and chat is so outstanding here, that I don't date here. I don't want to mess up this great site that I found by dating here. Sounds crazy? This is what I mean; I've been on dating sites and found people to date, but afterwards, it's not the same, having to be concerned about the feeling of those that I have dated. It sort-of feels confining and awkward to know that former dates are reading what is written to others on the site. Can't flirt in peace, that kind of thing.
Oh thank you Mr.galrads I assumed that Freddie was from the UK. I searched it and he was born on the African spice island of Zanzibar, east of Tanzania. So awesome. Music trivia is so great. Thanks again.
RE: Is a Latter-day Saint Christian?
On a broad note, I'd say that anyone that believes Jesus is King and savior, is a Christian.
