often caused by long term drinking- blackouts arent a good sign if one has been blacking out or is being told their personality drastically changes when 'drunk' its definitely an allergic reaction.
as for me i havent been able to keep up with all the specifications i accepted some nominations but it got to where its so 'official' its complicated = not fun
