True enough, at least they still cover ALM and other road racing a bit.

Too bad it doesn't attract the ad revenue like the roundy round stuff, because of its lack of viewer popularity.

Yeah, Montoya, another sure thing future world champ washed up in a nano second.

F1 seems to demand immediate achievement or crumple you up like a piece of paper. A lot of it's politics. Too bad.

Montoya may still achieve something in NASCAR. Show those good'ole boys how to drive. I hope.

In F1, I hope we see some serious battles between Alonso, Raikonen, Hamilton and Massa.

This has proven not to be an issue so far.

I think Hamilton has free rein to go as fast as he can -- and he's doing just that, so far, at least.

I used to be big into auto racing particularly F1, and went to several Grand Prixs races here and in the U.S.

Stopped following it lately because it got so boring, like a high speed parade, predictable results, but it's caught my eye again this season.

A new driver from Britain, Lewis Hamilton, the first black driver in F1, just came 2nd in his 3rd race, the Bahrain GP.

The amazing thing is in the previous 2 races, Australia and Malaysia, he also finished on the podium (the top 3).

That's never been done before. It's unheard of in the history of the sport.

Sounds like this guy is going to make the world forget fast about Michael Schumacher (the 7-time world driving champion from Germany).

No I have to say, I'm not serious about the tickets or going. I just would really love to go there, not just for the race, but that's a good excuse.

Sure the driver has some input, of course.

But not this year for Renault. It's the car for sure. Maybe Alonso would help, but the team would still be struggling, IMO.

Oh, and by the way, they all let it go to their heads at that level.

I don't think there are any humble F1 drivers.

How could you not find Alonso attractive. I think he's pretty good looking.
