These attempts to shut us up are wearing very thin now and the last couple of days have been such a welcome change - a couple of years back these threads simply would not have been.... they would have come in and made it so unpleasant that the threads would have been pulled - what gets me is that if their beliefs are so correct and well founded, then why the heck are they so afraid of criticism......... some not all I must add.......

Isnt it nice to be able to talk openly like this without reams of bibull quotes condemning us to hellfire and damnation - well, at least, so far so good
dont forget most of em change the rules to fit their own needs - you need only look at the stock market and compare it to the words in the bible that tells em to share the wealth........
Of course science doesnt take a stand on things it cant prove - and that is exactly sciences stance on God, it is a no thing, an unproven theory - its you lot that denigrate scientists, as you do atheists and any other ist which disagrees with your 'faith' based illogicalities.....
Sceience is nothing whatever to do with personal experience, it is about testable and retestable hypotheses which are then open to worldwide peer review - please sweetie, save yourself the embarrassment , you so obviously are way out of your depth here.....
Atheism is a disbelief - science is testing beliefs - and theism is faith - you denigrate science because it tests your god theories and continually comes up empty handed, this isnt just willfulness, many scientists start out as believers but the logical mind needs proof, not faith.
Its really no use asking us atheists to prove your god for you - you make the claim that there is a god we say "ok wheres the proof" If I sad Ive baked you a cake, wouldnt you want proof of the statement
