I avoided those a.h. in the end.
In the federal bankruptcy code Chapter 11 is called Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Chapter 13 is called Chapter 13 bankruptcy. You see crayons, the Federal Code describes the different types of bankruptcy possible and divides them in seperate Chapters. kinds like a novel if that helps.

I wonder if we will ever have inflation ? Bernanke detractors have been forecasting catastrophic hyper inflation for now for seven, eight years.
