Brilliant!!...just what we need around here....red outfits, weird hats, and a brutal Inquisition!!!...just when I thought things were getting a little boring!!....
Here's the thing....death and sickness is a bad business, but a lot of it is santised out of our daily lives because it is kept from sight....we hide sickness away in hospitals, old age homes, and clinics....herald the arrival of YouTube....if ANYONE wants graphic, riveting visuals of what cancer in all it's horrible variations, and more specifically, lung or mouth cancer related to smoking, looks like in glorious technicolour, simply type in "CANCER" in a YouTube search window....IF you have the guts....because I don't know how anybody can continue smoking after you have looked at enough of these video clips...I can say that it was fundamental in my success in given up smoking. I am a non-smoker forever. I gave up, and never even hesitated one second about my decision. Here's a link for those of you with a strong stomach, and a desire to live longer.
Sweat is good....clean those toxins, if we didn't sweat out of our pores, we would have to pant like dogs....so how come we go and design deodorants that chemically force those pores to close...so those lovely toxins keep washing around inside us....I say let's be sweaty....let's smell....it's healthy!!...it's good for you!!...
Actually, more like they've gone downhill...on the way they took a swerve to the left, hit the curb, somersaulted over the barrier, hit the wall, bounced off, landed in the opposite lane, had a head on with oncoming traffic, burst into flames, was pushed off the bridge, landed on a tanker going underneath, a huge explosion, which wiped out buildings on the opposite bank....
...and that was just today!!!....Long Live the Forums!!...
Well....what does one say?...plenty, one big plus for me being on this site has been to read of events in people's lives, like this, which make you realize how fortunate most of us are...after some time, the individulas here become personalities, not just names.....and when you read of things happening like this, it resonates. Doc, I'm holding thumbs for you.
