That's the thing!!!....I hated coughing the whole time in the morning...all that tar coming up...then I saw those video clips online...and after that, it was easy...I have never had a weak moment in over 3 weeks..but it has to be said, seeing people on this thread making the same effort gave me the sense that it was worth it..just as with you and your little girl, you really need a motivating reason to give up. Nobody has ever given up smoking when they themselves didn't really want to. It's an addiction and a bad habit, and those are difficult to change.
So true...the moment you lend money to someone, you damage the relationship, because you bring obligation and debt into it, and who enjoys that??....it almost always compromises the relationship...
Weddy, I used to give up every day....I loved smoking but I hated the health reality of it...I used to buy packs of smokes, and either give them away, or if nobody wanted my brand, I would often leave the pack on a wall for the street cleaners to find the next morning. I just made sure that I never had a pack of smokes in my house in the morning...in the last 2 months, I had begun to smoke at home...that's when I classed myself as a regular smoker....I was consuming 10 a day...and I got nervous when I didn't have a pack around....that's when I knew I had to make an effort...
I wish I could be 2 again....Just think, you don't even have to bother getting undressed to have a pee, and every 4 hours someone sticks a breast in your mouth...!!...what's not to like??... :
