It's been almost a 30 year run with one real downturn in the economy (and yes, I'll throw in Bill Clinton's terms in that 30 year span). If a person couldn't get ahead in that time, they never will. If immigrants (legal or illegal) can come her and make a go of it, surely to God, a U.S. citizen can do it.
I'm certainly not rich, and by the same token, I don't "envy" what others have.... I don't think the guy on the hill owes me his mansion, just because I don't have one. In fact, he doesn't owe me "squat".
I'd gamble if the poor go to church....the congregation will teach them to fish...

Ignore all the state and local taxes. This shouldn't become a "bash" thread, just curious as to what you think should be the maximum tax rate on any individual.
Not me......I'd rather be kicked around....spat upon in my sleep and be dragged around and then have chinese water torture.... But that's just me........to each his own....
