Maybe that $5000 Hillary wants to give to newborns and that $1000 she wants to give to every american to start an IRA would be better spent on the chilrun.
...a small start would be to become energy independent. Let the Arabs bathe in their oil....as it does help fund terrorism. The US can't do that though, because we're too worried about some cockroach species...or some bacteria becoming extinct in the tundra....
Not knowing the whole situation, I'd think about contacting the police dept. I'd rather be on the front end of the situation and not the receiving end. (for what it's worth)
