Today ...that is.My friend said we'll nbever get it down.I went backwards ond put the bed on my shoulder,and he and the person we moved the bed for came forward.It was a tough job,but we got the bed down,a step at a time. It was definately a challenge though...but we got the job done.
IN ALL honesty,I didn't have a break today.My friend has a moving company and I HELP HIM on week-ends,and we moved a 400lb hospital bed down a flight of steps.
THE first time and last time....... I WALKED INTO ONE OF THE GYMS in my town...IN my mind I SAID...........I'm gonna make my presence felt HERE. So I walk up to the SQUAT machine,stack on 800lbs,and did 8 reps,40 times .People just stopped to look at me train..some of them,their mouths dropped,even the aerobics class stopped to take a peak.By the end of my workout..........the staff came to see me in private and said,''MR.WALL2.....WE REALLY can't have a guy that trains like that training at this type of gym.''
I SAID.....''I understand......packed my bags.....AND MOVED OVER to MONSTER GYM.''
