I PRACTICE SAYING ''THEWALL2........I LOVE YOU'',out loud,9 times a day.It's a very healthy exercise.It makes me feel gooooooood, to say it.

Ironically,myself,I HATE being SURPRISED.

RE: Broken heel recovery??

I had a third degree sprained ankle once which is as close as you're going to get from a broken ankle and it took about 6 weeks to fully heal....and that's just a sprained ankle.I would say if you're heel is broken it's probably going to take a good 6 months before you're fully recoverd,but you have to go easy and probably do some rehabilitation work.
